Hernandez Govan is facing multiple of charges including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. He solicted some low level rappers to kill Young Dolph. Somehow, it came back to him in the worst way. His daughter who was a rapper named Lotta Cash Desto became the target for payback. She was signed to Lil Uzi’s label. Destinee Govan was killed in retaliation for the murder of Young Dolph. Hernandez is the third suspect. The killer, Christian Isaiah Williams, charged for Destinee’s murder.
